I'm a big fan of Bortles, but he his tendency to throw picks in bunches can be Staffordesque and that dud game is coming. The flow of the offense almost demands it. That doesn't mean Bortles isn't worth an add off the waiver wire. You'll need someone to cover 's bye week.
